Registration Information

To register for the St. Bernadette CYO Program, players must be either a St. Bernadette School student or a St Bernadette parishioner with active status with the parish.

A case by case decision can be made for exemption circumstances if students are unable to play in their Catholic School or Parish and wish to play with St. Bernadette’s.

Registration is a two step process

1. Print the St. Bernadette CYO Registration Form for the appropriate sport, complete and return with fees to either:

2. Grades 1-12 (only) - Complete the following (once per school year) which keeps every child in compliance with the Archdiocese. Each year you will update your child’s grade and re-sign a Spectator Behavior Form.

1. Go to www.washcyo.com
2. Click on "Online Registration/Forms" (bottom left of the page)
3. Under "Online Registration," click on "Players"
4. Complete the 3 steps to registration
5. Electronically sign your name
